↑[[Portfolio]] ![[The Collector.png]] This is what I worked on at the 2023 CamPF. I had a piece of what I _thought_ was henna marble, but it turned out to be something like a mahogany limestone. It started as a taller piece but it felt more complete as a smaller, more bulbous object. The eyes aren't explicit, just slight depressions that suggest it's looking at you (or near you, or around you). I titled it **The Collector** because it looked to me like, placed on a shelf at eye level, it would silently sit and observe/absorb whatever was in the room. *Update*: much later I tested the stone and it's a henna SANDstone, which explains why it ate my tools.
